The Executive Villas
Each of the six Executive Villas is fully air-conditioned, boasting 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, plus a downstairs cloakroom.
Decorated with local artwork and bespoke furniture, the open-plan dining and living areas offer you the chance to relax in the cool indoors of your villa.
Alternatively you can choose to dine on the spacious verandah while the gentle breeze sweeps up from the Indian Ocean. The swimming pool and jacuzzi offer you the chance to cool down, whilst enjoying a cocktail at our sunken pool bar.
The Presidential Villa
This exclusive villa offers guests the chance to enjoy total privacy in one of the most stunning private houses on the East African coast. A magnificent glass walkway crosses your private Koi pond, providing a dramatic entrance to the grand reception hall.
Fully air-conditioned throughout, the Presidential Villa boasts 5 ocean view double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. A fully equipped study overlooks the private infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean.

When it comes to dining on Diani Beach, you are spoilt for choice. A top class selection of fresh seafood is available daily at Almanara. You may choose to dine either in your villa or perhaps at Sails, our beach front bar and restaurant where you can enjoy an aperitif and some fine dining whilst looking out to the Indian Ocean.
